“This was the most fun we’ve had in so long! Pick up from the Exclesior hotel was half an hour late, which caused us a little panic with regards to “have we missed it?!”. Transport to the ferry from Valletta took about an hour and a half as we had to stop at various other hotels along the way. We got dropped off at the ferry port, on quite literally a bit of concrete in the sea! Eventually the boat came & took us across. Don’t sit at the back on the left, you will get soaked otherwise! After we got off the ferry in Mgarr, Gozo, my family (and about 35 other people) spent an over hour standing around, waiting for the staff to figure out which patrons went where. The staff were working off 2 different lists, one of which must have been an old version as half the people weren't on it. “Beware of this company. The tour supposed to be in a Jeep. The company contacted the day of the tour at 8:05 am to ask me if it was ok to switch from a jeep to a tuk tuk. If I didn’t agree, the tour operator offered to cancel the trip and refund me the money, but I was leaving Malta the next day, I wanted to see Gozo so I accept the switch. We were 7 people in a small tuk tuk all squeezed the entire 7 hours. It was a nightmare. The tour operator promised me the itinerary would stay the same. It did not. We did not…”
